This week, both the House and Senate passed a bipartisan VA compromise bill, and it was signed into law by the President.
The House passed my amendment to H.R. 3136, which would ensure the needs of veterans and service members were taken into consideration as colleges and trade schools look to find ways to help students get credit toward graduation based on skills and knowledge that may have been learned outside the classroom.
